This year, we wanted to recognize individuals and organizations who supported women as leaders in their community or organizations. We are excited to announce that 20 highly deserving individuals and organizations were nominated from across the nation!
Below is the list of organizations and individuals who met at least one of our criteria below. (Terms and conditions of the award is provided at the bottom of the page). The final winners are identified among these below with additional details found here.
CRITERIA:
1. Works to support or enhance the success of highly competent women who step into leadership roles.
2. Enhances support for emerging and underserved women leaders.
3. Demonstrates a value and commitment to support gender diversity and inclusion (including intersectionality of gender and additional diversity factors related to marginalization).
4. Aims to reduce barriers to recruitment, retention, or promotion of talented women leaders.

Who is eligible to enter or be nominated? For individual awards, any U.S. individual resident who is at least 18 years old, or U.S. company or group that meets at least one of the criteria above. What is the award? The award will be provided in the form of public recognition on social media, in our newsletter, and on our website. They will also be provided with an award badge to use on any of their social media or website if desired. Each entrant or participant releases Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Brancu & Associates, PLLC from any liability. This award promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or LinkedIn. Are there any costs for entry? No purchase is necessary nor requested for this nomination. Entry is free. Void where prohibited. Submission period is November 4, 2019 at the time of posting to November 15, 2019 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time. This is the only method for nominating. Criteria is provided above. We don't use any contact information except to let nominees and awardees know about their nomination/award at the end of the award period. How will awardees be chosen? Nominations will be reviewed by an anonymous Judging Panel coordinated by Brancu & Associates, comprised of at least 3 volunteers (not named here to avoid any conflicts of interest or lobbying for consideration). Each judge will vote anonymously for at least one individual and one group/company whose submission best meets and fulfills the criteria above. Judges receive no financial compensation for serving in this role and are not legal company stakeholders. Judges represent multiple industries and sectors, and personal demographic backgrounds, to support a diversity of opinions and feedback for this award. Are there any expectations of the awardees? Winners will be contacted and asked for their written consent to be awarded publicly on social media, in our newsletter, and on our website. If the top-voted awardee fails to respond within 7 calendar days of being contacted, or they decline, they will be disqualified and the next top-voted awardee will be contacted.
