The 2021 Pay-it-Forward Leadership Award nomination period has closed.

This year, with our recently published book, Millennials' Guide to Workplace Politics, we are recognizing those who are actively helping women navigate, manage, and conquer workplace politics - specifically those who role model positive workplace politics.

By positive workplace politics we mean things like:

  • building power and influence in a way that is also supportive of others and the company

  • using emotional intelligence for wise decision-making

  • communicating expectations clearly

  • protecting yourself and others from harmful behaviors

  • understanding your values and goals to successfully negotiate

  • avoiding dirty politics that harm others

Below are this year’s nominees and the criteria for the award. Please check out each of these spectacular individuals and organizations!
